Gluten Free Bread

I made another loaf of gluten-free bread today with a mix from the Gluten Free Pantry. It is made by Glutino. You can find out more about the company, more products and more recipes by visiting their website: http://www.glutino.com. I had used the same mix a couple of weeks ago, but today’s loaf looks more like a loaf of bread than my first one did. The main ingredient is white rice flour. Mine doesn’t look like the picture on the box, but it does look good, and is an acceptable substitute for bread made with wheat flour.

We will be able to enjoy a slice of bread tonight with our baked chicken, mashed potatoes, sautéed mushrooms, and broccoli.

That looks fabulous – most of my cooking does not look like the picture 🙂
