Appalachian Home catalog for Christmas

Of course, I hope everyone shops at Etsy this holiday season, but if that doesn’t work out, I would like to suggest Appalachian Home.  They started out 3 years ago with 32 products from 19 small companies.  This year’s catalog features over 290 products from 70 small companies, all made in America!  For example, the maple syrup comes from Bradford County, Pennsylvania and the all natural jams and fruit butters come from West Virginia.  Not only will you be supporting local businesses, profits from the sale of items in the catalog go to help those living in Appalachia.  And they are offering a free $25 gift with all orders placed by November 1, 2011.  Where else are you going to buy lye soap?
